Your Book Choice
Now you can choose your book for reading.
Look at the books on the table. Find two books you would like to read and two you wouldn't. Make notes and put the books back.
Work in groups of four and discuss your choice. Give reasons for your opinion.

Before you start reading prepare your book journal and your personal dictionary. Outline a plan for your reading activities.

Read the first 2-3 chapters (20 pages) and make a collage or a photomontage about the contents of your book.

After having read nearly half the book play the role of a main character and try to get in contact with others.
First remember how to characterize persons. Repeat the words.

Learn how to write a book review.
First go to the workshop "Share what you are reading" and only then start writing your own review about the book you have read.
Publish it in our database "Books for Reading in English" which can help other students to choose a book when they want to read something for fun.
Try to remember as much as possible because you have to pass a test on book reviews.Meeting of Main Characters
In the last lesson of the course all main characters will meet.
So far you have been in written contact only. Now you can speak to your penpals.
